The Covid-19 pandemic has left Seattle's food trucks searching for spots to setup and feed hungry customers. With large corporate office parks shut down, food trucks have been on the hunt for customers. Facebook Groups are now being used more than ever to spread the word of where Seattle's best food trucks are now located, right in your backyard. Well maybe closer to your front door, because Seattle's food trucks are now in neighborhoods, apartment communities, churches, and other non-traditional locations.
With the help of neighborhood organizers, home owners associations, apartment managers, and just about anyone willing to let trucks park on their property, many of Seattle's food trucks have been able to stay alive. Here is a list of just a few of the local food truck groups on Facebook.
